1. Who we are
This website is run by Amvestra, which is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. Visiting this website
The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, tracking pixels or advertising, and has no accounts. Nothing is saved in your browser while you read it.
To deliver a page, our hosting and content delivery provider handles the technical details every browser sends with a request: your IP address, the page asked for, the browser and the time. It uses them only to send the page and to protect the service. We have not switched on request logging, so we keep no record of your visit.
Everything the pages need, fonts included, comes from this site itself. While you read it, your browser does not connect to anyone else.
3. The contact form
The form does not send anything to us or store anything on this site. It writes your message and opens it in your own email app, where you decide whether to send it.
4. When you contact us
If you email us, we receive what you send: your name, your address and your message. We use it to answer you, to prepare a proposal, and if we work together, to run the project and invoice it.
We keep a conversation for as long as it is useful for that, and invoices for as long as accounting law requires. We do not sell your data, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
5. Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy of it. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one month. If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can also complain to the data protection authority where you live, or in North Macedonia to the Personal Data Protection Agency.
6. Changes to this policy
If what this site does with data changes, this page changes with it and shows the new date at the top.
